Before Geordie Shore:Before
Geordie Shore, Pattison had various jobs, including working on the
doors of some of Newcastle's top clubs and also in telesales. Pattison stated that she was on her last warning in the call centre she worked at and she was glad to leave. She told how she disliked her job with the call centre and Geordie Shore was the perfect opportunity for her to leave. She
studied for her GCSEs and A-levels at Burnside Business and Enterprise
College and then Drama at Liverpool John Moores University. Her mum is called Marieta.Geordie Shore:In
the first series of "Geordie Shore", Pattison had a short relationship
with fellow co-star Jay Gardner. [6] After her rise to fame on the show,
Vicky was featured on the front cover of the magazine Loaded in October
2011 alongside The Only Way Is Essex star Jess Wright and Made in Chelsea star Binky Felstead. Pattison has also featured in the magazines Nuts with fellow Geordie Shore star Holly Hagan.In
Series 2, Pattison began a tumultuous on again, off again relationship
with hair stylist and show newcomer, Ricci Guarnaccio. Pattison and former cast member Rebecca Walker were shown not to get
on with each other, leading to constant conflict in the Geordie Shore

Series 5, it shows that her relationship with Ricci is very much on the
brink of breaking, with them constantly fighting and arguing in almost
every episode. However,
Pattison sees that this needs to stop and calls the engagement off and
tells Ricci that they need some space from each other. She admitted that she felt unhappy in their relationship. Ricci later decided to leave the show for the rest of Series 5 although briefly returning for the Season Finale.As
of 2015, Pattison has taken part and appeared in nine series of Geordie
Shore, as well as the special series Geordie Shore: Magaluf Madness. She announced before Series 9 that it would be her last. She left the show during the final episode of Series 9.On
4 July 2013, Pattison and fellow cast member Holly Hagan were arrested
on suspicion of assaulting a model, during filming for the seventh
series of the hit MTV show. Filming for the series was suspended due to the incident arising.
