A Texas middle school teacher is facing felony charges after reportedly admitting to having a sexual relationship with her 13-year-old student. Alexandria Vera says the boy's family approved of the affair and were even supportive when she became pregnant.

Said Alexandria M. Vera, an English teacher in eighth grade middle school Stovall in Houston police in April that the relationship has begun with one of her students through messages on Instagram - which evolved into a great love.

On Wednesday, two months after the police investigation began and nearly eight months after 24-year-old Vera allegedly started having sex with the eighth-grader, authorities issued a warrant for her arrest on a felony charge of continuous sexual abuse of a child.
